The tropics have always been a deep source of inspiration for me — abundant sunlight, stretching plants, blooming flowers, waves gently touching the shore.
Ten years ago, I began creating fairy-tale-inspired jewellery. Tropical Mood was my first 3D-printed collection, and the earring Sea Dragonfruit became one of its most beloved pieces. In my imagination, the leaves of dragonfruit start to grow longer and longer, becoming a jellyfish and then it falls into the sea. The blond pineapple lies on the beach, enjoying the sunshine, with her hair blown by the tropical breeze.
Later, when I turned to painting, I started with my favorite natural form: the coconut tree. To me, it feels like an exploding firework — a pure manifestation of life force.
From jewellery to fairy tale, the tropical mood has slowly become part of who I am.
